Where we ship
We currently ship across India. International orders are not available yet.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 to 3 working days of payment. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday go out the next working day.
Delivery estimate
These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and festival rush can add a day or two.
Shipping charges
- Charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. There is nothing extra afterwards.
- Free shipping applies on qualifying orders as shown on the product and cart pages.
Tracking
Once the parcel is dispatched we email you the courier name and tracking number. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours of dispatch.
Packaging
Attar is a liquid in a glass bottle, so every order is sealed, wrapped and boxed to survive transit. If a parcel still arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us within 48 hours — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Bottle availability
Bottle design may vary as per availability. Photographs on the site are indicative, and the bottle you receive may differ in shape, cap or finish from the one shown. The attar inside, and the quantity in ml, stay exactly as ordered. A difference in bottle design alone is not treated as a wrong or damaged item.
Address accuracy
Please check your address and phone number before paying. An incomplete address is the most common cause of a failed delivery, and a parcel that comes back to us is refunded minus the shipping already spent.
Delays
If your parcel has not moved for more than 4 working days, email us with your order number and we will chase the courier.
