Products
Our attars are handcrafted in small batches. Because they are natural oils, slight variation in colour and strength between batches is normal and is not a defect. Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but screens render colour differently.
Pricing
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
- If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is incomplete, or we suspect fraud. In every such case you are refunded in full.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment gateway over an encrypted connection. We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Give accurate information — a wrong address is the most common reason a parcel fails to arrive.
- We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or reverse engineer this site, and do not copy our photographs or text for commercial use without written permission.
Intellectual property
The Scentelle name, logo, product photography and page copy belong to us.
External use of our products
Attar is a cosmetic product for external use only. Patch test before first use. Keep away from eyes and out of reach of children. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, check the ingredients before buying. We are not liable for a reaction caused by ignoring this notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at [ADD CITY].
